Puree consists of a minimum 90% fruit and maximum 10% unrefined brown sugar. Purees are produced exclusively without additives, preservatives, colors, water or artificial flavors.
Ponthier purees are perfect for preparing desserts, smoothies and cocktails. Chilled purees are very practical because they are immediately ready to use. Purees are stored at a temperature between +2°C and +6°C.
