In 1919, the brothers Josef and Carl Leimer came to a revolutionary idea to produce breadcrumbs no longer from old bread but from extra baked fresh white-bread.

The company developed to a leading brand manufacturer under the management of Karl Leimer.

Nowadays they produce various ingredients for meat, fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes, desserts and organic food.
