The history of the Morato brand begins in 1970, in Vicenza, where Louis Morato founded the company Morato Pane.
The love of Luigi Morato for his work allowed him to turn out the first great ideas for large retailers wuch as Bruschelle and Spuntinelle. Thanks to these successes in 1989 the company expanded its production at a national level.
The quality of the processes of Morato baking, receives important certifications: UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008, BRC and IFS, ensuring a high level of production.
