Baked Salmon with a Pesto Crust

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6
  • Arrange the salmon fillets on a non-stick baking tray
  • Spread 1 tbsp of Sacla’ Pesto on top of each fillet
  • In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan, then press a quarter of the mixture on top of each fillet
  • Bake the salmon fillets for 10-12 minutes, until the fish is cooked through

Serve with green beans or salad
