Fajita

Preparation

  • Slice peppers and onions, then mix with the meat strips, the fajita seasoning mix and 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of frying butter or oil in a pan and stir-fry the meat and vegetables until tender.
  • Add the fajita sauce, mix nicely and warm up thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle the tortillas with water. 
  • Cover them and warm up for 1 minute in the microwave oven at 750W, in a preheated oven at 200 °C or warm them for a few seconds in a hot pan.
  • Dress each tortilla with a tablespoon of sour cream; arrange the hot meat/vegetable mix in the middle, together with the grated cheddar.
