Lemongrass Beef

Preparation

  • Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a sauce pan.
  • Stir-fry chopped garlic until golden brown.
  • Add onion (sliced).
  • Add sirloin steak (sliced).
  • Add bell pepper (sliced), and baby corn (halved). 
  • Stir-fry until cooked through.
  • Add 1 sachet of lemongrass paste and 6 tbsp. of water.
  • Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp fish sauce.
  • Bring to the boil.
  • Lower the heat, simmer for a while.

Garnish with fresh coriander.
