Lemongrass Beef

Ingredients
Preparation
- Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a sauce pan.
- Stir-fry chopped garlic until golden brown.
- Add onion (sliced).
- Add sirloin steak (sliced).
- Add bell pepper (sliced), and baby corn (halved).
- Stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add 1 sachet of lemongrass paste and 6 tbsp. of water.
- Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp fish sauce.
- Bring to the boil.
- Lower the heat, simmer for a while.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
