Chicken, feta cheese, olives and gaea kritsa extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  • Cut the peppers and the onion in slices.
  • Cut the tomatoes in small cubes and remove the seeds. 
  • In a big steep frying pan, sauté the chicken fillets in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Remove them from the pan and keep them warm. 
  • In the same frying pan, add the peppers and onions and saute them for two minutes, afterwards add the chicken fillets previously prepared.
