Preparation
- In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta to your liking
- Drain the pasta in a colander and return to its pan
- Add the Sacla’ Pesto, tomatoes, parsley and season to taste
- Scatter with Parmesan and a side of rocket leaves
