Preparation

  • In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta to your liking
  • Drain the pasta in a colander and return to its pan
  • Add the Sacla’ Pesto, tomatoes, parsley and season to taste
  • Scatter with Parmesan and a side of rocket leaves
