Classic Pesto Spiedini

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to high
  • Mix the Sacla’ Pesto and garlic together with a drizzle of olive oil until you have a nice, loose consistency
  • Toss the bread, mozzarella and tomatoes in the pesto dressing and tightly pack them, alternately, onto wooden or metal skewers
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them for 30 minutes in cold water before using
  • Turning once, grill for about 5 minutes or until bread starts to toast and cheese starts to melt

Serve with fresh rocket
