Preparation
- Stir-fry sirloin steak until medium-rare.
- Set aside (in a dish covered with aluminum foil).
- Combine together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and minced red chillies.
- Slice beef into thin strips, toss in a salad bowl.
- Add onion, cucumber and quartered cherry tomatoes. Add the dressing and mix well.
Garnish with mint leaves.
