Pad Thai Noodles

Preparation
- Boil rice noodles in hot water for about 5 to 8 minutes (until slightly soft).
- Drain the noodles and keep aside.
- Heat 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Stir-fry prawns.
- Crack in 1 egg. Stir well until cooked.
- Add noodles and stir in the Pad Thai sauce (included in the noodles kit).
- Continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Garnish with bean sprouts and lime wedges.
