Pad Thai Noodles

Preparation

  • Boil rice noodles in hot water for about 5 to 8 minutes (until slightly soft).
  • Drain the noodles and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  • Stir-fry prawns.
  • Crack in 1 egg. Stir well until cooked.
  • Add noodles and stir in the Pad Thai sauce (included in the noodles kit). 
  • Continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Garnish with bean sprouts and lime wedges.
