Preparation
- Brown the chopped onion in a pan, then add - in sequence - the sausage meat, beef, and veal.
- Cook for about 4 minutes.
- Pour in the Marsala and let it reduce.
- Add the veal stock and Mascarpone cheese, season with salt and pepper, and finish cooking.
- Drain the Conchiglioni, toss them in the pan with the sauce, and add the Parmesan cheese.
